Age requirements

Emerge is an adults-only facility. We ask that you make arrangements for your children prior to your visit to the spa. Anyone under 18 must have a letter of consent from a parent or guardian to book or receive services.

Reservations

We recommend making reservations two to four weeks in advance to assure desired times. We require a major credit card at the time your reservation is made in order to guarantee the reservation. If you have a preference between a male or female therapist, please make sure to state your preference when you make your appointment.

Prices

Services are offered a-la-carte and prices are subject to change.

Return Policy

Unopened merchandise may be returned for merchandise credit within 14 days of the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

A major credit card is required to reserve all appointments. A minimum of twenty-four hours notice is required to cancel any appointment. A forty-eight-hour notice is required for packages, multiple services or groups. There will be a fifty percent charge for late cancellation and a one hundred percent charge for no shows. Appointments booked within twenty-four hours are one hundred percent the responsibility of the client.

Arrival and Check-in

Appointments begin promptly; please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment so you can relax and prepare to enjoy your Emerge experience.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages; however, at your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by Emerge staff. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk when you check out. The industry standard ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee. Please note that gratuities cannot be put on credit cards.

Facility use

You are invited to enjoy our spa facility. This includes relaxing lounge areas, steam rooms, sauna, complimentary beverages, fruits, and snacks. Private lockers, robes, slippers, personal amenities are offered for use with spa services.

What to wear and what to bring

We have changing areas with lockers for your personal belongings. In the spa, robes, slippers and any other necessary spa apparel will be provided. Please refrain from bringing jewelry or other valuables into the spa. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are perfect for any occasion. They can be purchased by phone, online or by mail. Our G-Card can be redeemed at both of our locations, Emerge and G2O.

Series

Many of our services are more beneficial when performed on a regular basis. With the purchase of five of the same service, you will receive the sixth FREE. Series are only available for massage services, nail services, facial services, waxing and body treatments. Series are ideal for gift giving.

Parking/Transportation

There are public parking garages located on Newbury Street and Dalton Street. Limousine service can be arranged upon request.
